The pull out sofa bed looked dirty. Stains on the cushion. The mattress wasn't too attractive either. It was thin and uncomfortable. You can feel the metal under the mattress.To make matters worse the frame on the sofa bed was broken and would collapse if you moved without being careful. Gonna try to sleep without moving but im doubting this is gonna be a good night for me. My son and 2 grandsons have the 2 regular queen beds in this suite with no complaints.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only con. Is that if you don’t have a car you are limited to dining/entertainment and shopping options. This was my 2nd time at this hotel and will stay again if I go back to the area.

Convenient location from airport and to cruise terminal. Front desk was really nice. Recommended a restaurant within walking distance that was really good. Breakfast in the morning was good, just limited seating. Was good for our one night stay.

The hotel is very nice. The only thing I think that is incorrect is how close all the restaurants are located. There are restaurants close by if you want to jay walk on a big highway. If you go down to the crosswalks and walk to the restaurants it is more like 15 minutes walk to restaurants not 5. The hotel itself is nice.

We were told that we could check in at 1:45 and we weren’t allowed to check in, then they tried to give us a hearing accessible room and none of us are hearing impaired, but we definitely needed a handicap accessible room and then when I asked for a shower chair so that I could shower, they told me that they didn’t have one and that I could go to the Walgreens down the street and purchase one. I walk with a walker and the next day I had to catch a plane, so what was I supposed to do with a shower chair. I just feel like we weren’t taken care of properly.

The staff was supportive but could show a bit of excitement when receiving clients at the reception. The room offered has a horrible smell, we were offered another room which was borderline acceptable. The second room's air conditioning grill filter was blocked with dirt. The dark carpeting hides the dirt and retains odor. Focus should be directed to cleaning the carpet and air freshening circulation system cleaning. The beddings and the washroom were clean, the breakfast area and dinning were clean.

We booked at another hotel and we're not happy. Changed hotels. They were very accommodating. It was clean. Quiet. The breakfast was good. The gentleman at front desk was very helpful and kind after a long day traveling. Would stay there again.

This hotel served its purpose for my 2 night stay but I will not be back again. The room stuarts were very rude, if you needed extra towels they would scream Front Desk at you and walk away. The pool area was okay, they provided towels for the pool, they were the size of a hand towel and I’m not joking, so if you are going to the pool take towels from your room. The morning we checked out the man at the front desk looked like he didn’t have enough energy to speak to me. Rude. I would think twice about staying here.
