Just was a very musty place we at least had the option to do an early check in for $20, we arrived and it wasn’t to our standards. We were very confused on how to get to the room and once we entered we were greeted to a gross smell. The place was a dormitory which wasn’t made clear by the advertisement of the hotel. We expected to have to place to ourselves but didn’t realize we had to share the place with 4+ other people especially on the start of our honeymoon. All in all please don’t book this place unless you’re a drunk guy at a bar because anyone with human decency wouldn’t stay here.

It's not a hotel, but just a house where you rent a room. In other words, it's advertised as a hotel, but there are 5 or 6 rooms in a house and the bathroom is not private, since it serves everyone. There was no remote control for the TV or the air conditioning. The manager very kindly tried to get around the problem and asked the guest in the room next door to give him his remote and leave it on a table in the living room so we could share use. The street is bad. There's a mechanic's shop in front of the house. There's a railway line very close by, and you often wake up to the noise of the trains. The reception is remote, you access it by phone and the person gives you the door password. I didn't feel safe. In short: terrible experience.

The area is NOT Ft Lauderdale, but Dania which is just terrible. The folks outside next door smoking pot. The entire area is a gang location. The inside was suprisingly well kept but the outside looks like a war zone. No power cords or usb outlets. 1 room outlet, so bring an extension. Very pricey for what you get

It wasn't what I expected... They were very quick to respond and help me find and understand how to access the building. I may not have understood prior to booking, but it's a shared space and only the bedroom is separate. Therefore, it didn't feel private. The walls are "thin" so every word can be heard no matter the hour. It was clean and nicely decorated.

The pictures make the property look good. Upon arrival it looks like the slums. I encountered a few roaches. The girl next door to my room was streaming, I have reason to believe she lives on the property. It smells old and mildew like. I was extra uncomfortable. I didnt even stay overnight on the property. They will not refund. I can't believe they are getting away with this.

This was a terrible place. It was so bad we left and would have slept in our car if we didn't find another place. I can't believe you would recommend this place. It was dirty with mold in the closet, the window air conditioner was melted. It smelled of leftover vooking.The pillows looked more like floor mats than pillows. One bathroom to share with 6 other rooms. Absolutely disgusting. I think a refund should be given. It cost over $400 to stay at another hotel that luckily had a cancellation.

Hände weg.Ich hab mich sehr unwillkommen gefühlt.Ich erhielt das schäbigste EZ,obwohl ich ein DZ gebucht und Monate zuvor bezahlt hatte.KOSTENLOSER STORNO war nicht möglich.Der Vermieter macht dies mit vollem Bedacht,weil der Gast NO Chance TO REFUND hat.Deshalb war ich ihm egal.Der Raum wird auf webseite nicht gezeigt.war total verdreckt,die AC hing nur noch am seidenen Faden, schwarz,ohne Gitter,ich hab mich nicht getraut sie anzustellen.Kein Stuhl,Tisch,Bügel,1lampe die nur durch Bewegung der Birne funktionierte.Einige Löcher in Wand/Decke,die provisorisch zugestopft wurden.Fenster und Türen mit dicker Sand+ Staubschicht überzogen.Als ich den Vermieter bat mir das gebuchte Zimmer zu geben,oder ich Hotel.com über diese Zustände informiere,war die Antwort "ok" In der nacht 23.30 Uhr wurde begonnen zu kochen bis in den anderen morgen 1.30 uhr. Danach der Abwasch. Lautes klappern mit dem Geschirr, ließen mich nicht schlafen. Kameraüberwachung OMG Ich habe dieses respektlose Verhalten mit Bildern belegt an Hotels.com gesendet. HILFE erhielt ich bis heute nicht. Sie sind der Meinung, ich habe als Gast KEIN RECHT nur 1 PFLICHT BEZAHLEN und still sein soll. Der Vermieter dagegen hat NULL PFLICHTEN,aber ALLE RECHTE.Also demzufolge auch FINGER WEG VON HOTEL.COM Diese Plattform hat mich im STICH gelassen,ist mir in den Rücken gefallen,hat mich gelassen wie eine heiße Kartoffel. They "changed locations" after letting us travel to the address listed in our reservation and then never even sent the code for entry so we were stuck outside with our luggage in a strange neighborhood until an Uber picked us up to take us to another place entirely.

This is not a motel. The owner contacted me 3 hours before check in claiming it had been sold and that I could stay at another of his houses. Didn't have a choice at that point. You should absolutely identify air b&bs on your site as different from other accomodation types.
