Upon arrival, I immediately noticed mold everywhere in the room. It smelt like mold when u walked into the room. Breakfast was a joke they gave me a small muffin you would get at an elementary cafeteria with an apple and granola bar. They said it was a complementary breakfast and I was expecting eggs bacon and a cereal bar with danishes. Wrong! I was not happy at all.

Love that the hotel was dog friendly. Google rating was a 2.8 and I was worried but I would say more like a 3.8. Room was clean, water pressure was good, bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were gross. Cobb webs, floors were not swept, mirror gross, and we had hair all over our bed, which we had them come with clean sheets. Tub had terrible soap scum. I get the property is a little run down but room cleanliness would help them so much. We checked out early.

Don’t go to this hotel. It’s disgusting. Room smelled strongly of urine. Everything in the room was stained and nasty. Bugs everywhere. We killed at least 20 roaches. They were crawling all over the furniture and walls. Mold in several places around the shower. Staff was friendly otherwise a waste of money.

This place was absolutely disgusting, to the point that we had to leave and book another hotel. There was so much mold that we got an instant headache when we walked in and it was extremely difficult to breathe. If you have any sort of asthma or condition this place could be a serious hazard. We got to the hotel and the room was tidy, but not clean Staff was very standoffish Got to our room and went to sleep. Woke up in morning for the free breakfast, which consisted of a packaged muffin and a small apple. Daily housekeeping never happend apart from the time they cleaned our room out and put all of our stuff into garbage bags, when we werent checking out for 4 more days No apology at all for doing that. Asked a few times for more toilet paper and finally had to go to front desk to get it ourself. Again front desk not friendly. The outdoor pool was filled with leaves and only cleaned every second day and not very well And dont even get me started on the giant pile of dog crap that no one cleaned up. It sat there 4 days before check out and was still there when we checked out This could be a very nice hotel if staff or management actually cared

Dirty. The check-in process took forever. I shouldn’t have to sign or initial anything. Nobody does that. The lobby is super old and plain. There are no signs directing you to the elevators. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.
