The site said there was dining at the hotel, yet there was not. The staff did not have places to recommend nearby either. Also the site referenced bike rental, but the staff did not know where to send us. The rooms were very noisy and hard to sleep. House keeping was available, but you had to call which was not convienient.

Hallway smelled like smoke.besides a small pool , no free smenties , no free parking, no breakfast, no grill,no laundry to wash clothes, we will stay somewhere else for the money we spent. Old furniture by the pool which hasn’t been cleaned in long time.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several disappointments. The property description mentioned an on-site restaurant, which was not present, and the nearest dining option within walking distance was a McDonald's. Additionally, the hotel is not as close to the beach as advertised, being approximately three blocks away with zero parking available. The hotel itself appears to be in a state of disrepair, with only a few new carpets added. There were also numerous additional charges for various amenities, and housekeeping services were only available upon request. Furthermore, there seemed to be an inadequate number of staff at the front desk, which negatively impacted the overall experience. The manger admitted that she hears many complaints but did nothing to make our stay and better.

I asked for the room to be cleaned at 9am they told me by 5pm and then I ended up having to go talk to the manager it didn’t get cleaned til 10pm, they took over 1500 out of my account for a 700 stay was what it was supposed to be.

The location is not ideal for dining, shopping or things to do and the beach is a few blocks away. The lighted sidewalk by the beach in the photos is not related to or even near this hotel. The rooms are small, dark and very outdated. The couches and chairs throughout the hotel and in the room are filthy and worn out. The tv in the room is from when flat screens were first invented. Basically the best part of this is the staff was helpful and pleasant and the pool was nice. There is no ocean view it is busy street view or parking lot view.

The girl who checked us in was beyond rude and dismissive. My card was charge 3 different times 1 for the deposit and 2 separate for the entire stay price. You have to pay for parking which I think is crazy considering they have a full parking lot. You have to sign out towels for the pool area. Pool area was dirty, as was the elevator. Our rooms were cleanish.. Other guest asked about Curcuit and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. I asked the front desk girl a question and her answer was " I don't know I just work here." We called to ask if they have plastic utensils and they said "nope" and hung up. Over all wasn't a great stay but you get what you pay for. But don't recommend
