I like the old Florida look to this venue. Also, the suite we stayed was clean, and modernized. However, the mini-split in the bedroom was not working. I told the woman at the front desk about it the first day of our stay. Nothing was done to get it fixed. In fact, because of this we cut our stay short. Additionally, parking is difficult. There are not enough parking slots at the villas. If they are all taken, you have to park on the other side of Ocean Drive, which is very busy to cross. The phone rings for the front desk but, if the person is on the property, it does not go to voice mail. On Sunday, Phillip managed the front desk and he was very helpful in refunding the last day because we were leaving and crediting us one night because of the broken A/C. We are not sure if we will return in the future.

The manager Yana was extremely rude and condescending, she claimed our room could not be cleaned due to problems with staff stealing but that we could still get it cleaned if we paid extra. No towels or toilet paper was provided even though we stayed 7 days. Terrible experience.

The communication for this property was horrible!!!! The office only has someone in it between 9-5 and the answering service that they said they had does NOT answer the phone. Also online it states it has a shuttle to the airport and nearby ports but it does not have either. The rooms were clean and walkable to the beach but to get in contact with someone was impossible!

The location of this property is A with a 1 minute walk right onto the Broadwalk and beach. Room was nice but could use updating. Nice tile floors but were dirty. Could use softer mattress and additional blankets. Not much staff present and office was closed upon arrival. With a little elbow grease and TlC, this place would be perfect.

An inexpensive option for the area. Older but well maintained. Close to beach and several restaurant choices. Offices closes at 5pm so there is no one around to fix problems. We had no hot water for our stay.

My room did not have hot water during my stay. Unfortunately, since there was no front desk agent on duty after 4 PM, there was no one available to assist in resolving the issue. I reported the problem the following morning at checkout, expecting a reasonable resolution. However, instead of offering a refund or compensation, the agent simply informed me I could wait for the repair to be completed and then use the shower—an option that was not practical or acceptable given I was checking out. I hope this issue is taken seriously, as it significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

The property is steps away from the beach, and it quite spacious for the price, the couch bed is not super comfortable and as me and my family checked in late we were not able to ask for extra blankets, you could hear tv through the walls in the bathroom but the shower is beautiful, overall a beautiful area and a great place if you are on a bugdet or are looking to catch a crusie.
