The front line staff woman checking me in very rude. The room srtvice sometimes they made the bed but not daily even if service was requested. The gym smells horrible and has no air movement. Tjeu need to keep the door open or provide a fan. There were people trimming trees today and there was noone watching and the debri was flying all in my hair food and beverages

This whole place was great! The staff, the view, location,access to the beach, everything. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Tuesday May 20th we got checked in early with a smile and very helpful. Thank you to that woman. Also Marcia Machado was nice alongside all the desk workers. The housekeeping staff was great too. We had to get extra things a couple times and they brought it right up. Anotherday we were napping through service and they took care of us. The valet in the day was friendly too and gave us tips on where to go. Besides the great staff, the room was clean and had a sitting area and plenty of lighting options. The hotel is right on the beach so we went every day. We also sat on the balcony every morning and look at the beach. Even partially obstructed it was nice. The pool was warm and big so plenty of room. The hot tub jacuzzi was relaxing after all that fun in the sun. We did play the mini golf and had fun but you guys should really just have it cost $5 or free with 3 nights of stay or something. A few of the holes were really challenging though. We did go in the boutique which was really nice and the shopkeeperwas friendly. Thank you all for all your hard work to make our vacation stress-free.

There was black mold on the ceiling of our room. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There was a pool of water under our AC unit inside of our room. There was so much moisture that while I was sleeping there was water dripping on our face.

The front entry smell of perfume which is way to strong should be removed asap and the ac in entry is freezing cold should be lowered and 4th floor when getting out of elevators always a bad odour no clue what is and no fan in the bathroom when showering should be a fan which looks like not built into washroom

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and the staff were helpful. The room was recently redone and was nice. We had a nice ocean view from our balcony. The only downside is the construction next dooris noisy during the day.

I Enjoy my two days weekend, with my Husband we will definitely come back, I was able to check in early, the staff at the desk and valet team are fast and friendly. My king size bedroom was outstanding with a partial ocean view balcony. It has a hot tub jacuzzi by the bar a nice size pool for everyone to enjoy. The only thing I could complaint is the construction noise next door, which really didn’t bother me, overall this Hotel resort is the best. I will come back again thanks.

Overall it was lovely. The location was close for driving with some fast food and a grocery store nearby. Had a small issue with not having any body wash in the room until I asked at the front desk. My elderly mother broke her foot and they couldn't help with a wheelchair and one employee gave me a hard time about my workaround for moving her about when the manager had OKed it. Because of the emergency there, the only time I had to use the hot tub it was running but the water was cold.
