One of the few options with a seaside/ocean view & balcony. Nice spot for sunrise. Walk from the porch with rocking chairs onto the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Elevators to open air hallway to enter room. Mini refrigerator stocked with options as well as snack bar, pay for what you use. To consider: Parking is Valet only, additional daily fee $55 (plus tip), Resort Fee is additional $52 daily, additional more than 20% fee in restaurant to help with 401k/training/etc., room service is pricey. We had dinner in the lounge, breakfast in Ocean 2000, and dinner via room service/Ocean 2000, friendly staff, however not much flavor. Better options off site nearby.

The resort was in a great location. The beach was wonderful and private. The man serving was friendly and did a wonderful job getting our orders. The rocking chairs on the veranda were awesome and enjoyed watching the ocean before going to our room in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but the bathroom lighting was extremely poor. Mattresses were worn out. The waiters in restaurant were good but they needed to make it clear that their tip was included in bill, that you didn’t need to include it yourself. The food was great. The resort needs some major repairs to say the least. Signs in the elevators said updates were coming to them but really that was just the beginning of where they needed to start their repairs. Pool needs repairs as well. Broken tiles, poor drainage at the overflow. Water was nasty looking. Pool needed more waiter staff. Ladies were extremely great but 1 person can’t cover the whole pool deck, had to wait a little bit for drinks or food. $55.00 a night for valet parking plus expected tips was really steep. Wasn’t happy with that at all but the guys were good at getting your car out to you, but at times there was so much congestion it was a mess. Such a small area with people arriving, people trying to get there cars etc., it was a little scary. With all said it is a nice place to say. Hope they fix more than the elevators, didn’t think that was the place to start fixing up.

We absolutely loved this property. Beautiful hotel. Just a few minor flows, our shower had a really bad leak above the shower head to the right. Our mini fridge was also leaking when we got into the room, there was a puddle of water. Also it looked as if housekeeping left some water bottles behind. The staff was above and beyond. Could not ask for friendlier staff! Food was amazing! Hotel looked and smelled clean. We also didn’t receive housekeeping during our stay, as we went to the beach and pool for almost two hours and they were still in the room beside us the whole time. Also got some charges from the resort we don’t know what they’re from. We would stay here again. Beds were comfy, rooms are super spacious, great for larger families. Also surprisingly welcoming for children!

The room size wasqz amazing, especially with 2 toddlers! I loved being able to walk directly onto the beach with no worries about crossing any street. The lazy river was small but a nice feature for both kids and adults. Some aspects of the hotel needed fixing, floor of lazy river had rough spots with no warnings not to walk. Rooms could have been better cleaned, there was visible food and sand on the floor that could have easily been vacuumed, and there were not enough towels for the amount of guests they had over a busy weekend. We had to use our room towels for the pool, when we asked for more room towels they said yes but never brought any.

Everything was great however the pool was overrun by iguanas and not many people could sit at the pool because they were scared of them. They need to do something about that. People were talking about it not in a good way otherwise everything was great.
