Three room changes, not clean, room door did not close properly. There was no posting about a $38 charge for amenities on the property in the bookings that I looked at. Just horrible experience.

The best part of this hotel is the staff!! They are patient and kind!!! Otherwise, everything that can go wrong went wrong! From the room key not working, it was changed more than 3 times before they finally just switched our room. There was an unexpected deposit 3 times more than what we paid for the room. The rooms were dirty, beds had hair on it still. Splattered paint on the floor and furniture, no microwave in the rooms, they needed to be requested and even at that, they found it hard to get. Again, bless the staff, they remained kind and patient although you can tell they were having a rough time! I hope and pray they can accomplish the vision they have for this hotel as expressed multiple times during our visit!

Looks nasty, they try to make it look bougie in the inside but its absolutely NOT. sketchy people walking around, looks like there’s mold and algae in the windows. tried to get a refund on my room. She told me to contact expedia, expedia tried to contact them as well as me but the lady hung up the phone on me, and ownership never got back with expedia. absolutely terrible. the true definition of you get what you pay for and if you want a good hotel experience GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I recommend Avid by IHG by the airport, relatively affordable and a good hotel… with breakfast. would NOT recommend the hotel to anyone

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaud 3 jours sur 5. Les matelas étaient dans les sacs de plastique du manufacturier. Les tapis n'étaient pas collé par terre. La musique a joué très fort , près de la piscine 48 heures en ligne. On aurais dû appeller la reception pour aviser mais on l'aurait fait s'il y avait eu un téléphone dans la chambre....pas de meuble dans la chambre à part de deux table de chevet , pas de garde robe ni penderie. En une semaine , nous avons eu droit au service de chambre une seule fois. Il fallait courrir après les serviettes propres. Par contre le personnel était tres gentil sauf le petit Monsieur qui courrait partout en chialant sans arrêt....il semblait donner des ordres à tout le personnel.

I dont really put bad reviews but this was truely NOT AS ADVERTISED. I want to state that my stay here was extremely horrible. 1. We received a room that was under construction. 4 reservations were a king size bedroom and got 2 double bed 3. the shower head was not working and the bathtub over flowed 4. the room had dirty floors. 5 no dark window curtain was not dark at all all night due to lights outside. It's like they gave me a room that was still on renovation. 6. Ceiling by window was all molded and cracked. 6 sink was all shipped with old paint. I also got charged for a supposedly $200 resort fee plus $36 for I dont know what for. But they said they were going to refund it if they didn't find any damage. WHAT DAMAGE! They put us in a room that was still under renovation. I have pictures and videos to show. I hope I get my $200 refund back because we arrived at 1 am in the morning and we're too tired to go back to desk after a 17 hour drive and complain about everything that was bad. Booked a stay for a guest upon arrival they required a deposit which is not a problem however she went on to state that she needs the credit card used for the reservation absurd this a business account used for an employee he would not have that physical card present promised a refund no that it’s being denied

Switched rooms a few times, TV's weren't working. Found a room with still limited channels. Saw roaches quite often. And also had a damp feeling especially the first night there was water seeping up from the tile floor.
