Arrived on April 20th, 2025 at or around 10 a, check in was a seamless process, however after checking discovered my card was charged $823.
The error was acknowledged by the staff and they tried to assist by providing a letter to my bank. This was resolved after several hours
Day 3
No Towels in room, call the front desk was placed on hold however call was never picked up or returned. Stopped by front desk to notify them, towels were in room upon my return later that evening.
Room was cleaned but for some reason the bed was made up subpar, not sure why.
Day 4
Returned to room and once again bed made up the same way, this time the extra pillow was on the bed which I didn't use. It appeared as though someone was laying in the bed and forgot to return the pillow back to the closet. I informed the front desk and provided the photos of the bed.
A package I had been making inquiries about for 2 days and was told several times had not arrived was miraculously found behind the area where packages were kept
For the inconvenience of the charges, I was given complimentary pass to the executive area but didn't use as on a few attempts the food wasn't ready or has already finished.
I sent an email to the email provided by the front desk and included the pictures of the bed and have not received a response as yet.
I am not a fussy person being in the hospitality business for over 20 years but this was not what I expected. i thought an response would have been received by now.
