Very disappointing stay. Only two towels for 4 nights, and even after asking for more, they came late. There was a door lock issue, and I couldn’t get back into my room until the next morning!!! I couldn’t change clothes or shower, and ended up having a terrible night No service, no follow-up, and no compensation. They offered me a credit, but after such awful service why would I ever want to come back? It’s useless I have no intention of returning.

Télé défectueuse, air clim défectueux, pas de resto déjeuner (fermé! Il ouvre à 17:00… tout comme le roof bar! Wow aucun roof bar l’après midi quand on se baigne!), aucun parasol à la piscine, aucun téléphone dans la chambre …. Bref j’ai quitté après une seule journée alors que j’avais payé pour 5! À éviter!

The property is beautiful! Great location. You're like a 5 minute walk to restaurants, lounges & clubs. My favorite spot to eat was a Haitian Restaurant called Pearl of the Island. Definitely check them out! I loved the Aura club/lounge as well. I only gave 4 stars because although the property is very beautiful, it's a little annoying to have to open the app to operate the elevators & your room. It's convenient, but annoying at the same time. I also didn't like that they give us an option to check in early for $40 - but when we did that the room wasn't ready. The beds were very sloppily made and we had no towels. So I'm not sure how clean the space really was for us. You can message the front desk with the app for whatever you need, so we were able to get towels after a while. But all the other requests I messaged about were ignored. So all in all, it was really decent. I would stay here again, just maybe wait until 4 so that the room isn't rushed to be cleaned.

We loved the suite! The fridge and microwave were great but be aware it doesn’t have any stove to the “kitchen”. It my opinion this isn’t a “kitchen” as it states it has. The pool and workout room were fantastic! Very clean unit. Overall loved the unit.

I requested a pack n play & sound machine ahead of time & it was in my room upon arrival at no extra cost. The app was user friendly & easy to message for anything you may need during your stay such as towels.

The customer service was terrible. Valet sat down with feet up the whole time with no consideration for time management. There was no assistance with baggage to room. No telephone in room to communicate any needs. No silverware upon request. Cleaning ladies could not accommodate extra towels. Beautiful hotel but all self service.

This was my second time staying at the Circ and I can honestly say, it’s unlikely I’d want to stay anywhere else when visiting Florida. The whole experience is just simplified with no unnecessary hassle. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and all surrounding areas within the hotel highly maintained.

Valet only, had to prepay days for stay. Bed sheets had stain, mold floor tile in shower. I showered with flip flops on, slept on top of comforter the one night and picked another hotel for the rest of my stay. The bed was comfortable or I was super tired. Seemed to have a nice restaurant by the lobby, vending machines in lobby as well. You need the ap or code to use elevator and come into your room. Besides that the valet is conveniently easy tou click the lunk to ask for your car and it lets tou know when its ready. So u dont have to stand around and wait outside.
