My mother and I had a nightmare with the alarm in our room going off every few minutes in the early hours of the morning. I couldn't turn it off. During the day, I asked the receptionist for a late check-out so I could try to sleep, but I had 4 employees knocking on my door telling me check-out, then when I left, we forgot to unplug my mother's CPAP charger, which was near the alarm. I've called the hotel 5 times to ask about this and to speak to the manager Alan, but no one has called me back. The hotel itself is great, but the employees work as if they don't care about the guests. Now my mother is sleeping without the CPAP and I’m mad about it, I think they could have at least called me to tell me if the charger was there or how I could get it back.
Breakfast people were nice but reception and manager was not helpful.
