I’ve stayed here multiple times this month because of the competitive pricing, and the rooms are decent enough but that’s where the positive reviews end. The area has a horrible lack of signal to where phone calls won’t even go through. The wifi provided is spotty at best. So when you book here you will be cut off from all communications. Additionally they charge a $50 security deposit but they don’t like to reimburse the deposits, as I am still owed two deposits after several days. I was promised by multiple staff members that my deposit was returned and would be deposited, promises were made three days in a row and still nothing pending or received. I reached out today to speak with staff and I spoke with a woman by the name of Linda who was very disrespectful towards me for calling to follow up on promised immediate released funds. She actually stated “Why do I keep calling, I told you already I released your funds what more do I need to say”. I am within my rights to contact a company that owes me money especially after being promised multiple times that my funds were refunded. Today marks the fourth day of expecting my deposits back and still nothing. Bank has been contacted and there’s nothing there. Next steps will include contacting corporate to file a complaint for poor customer service and treatment and for my money. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back, they’ve lost my business.
