“Upon are arrival we located three bags of dirty d diapers which we had to discarded. Upon check out we were charged with alleged damage fees. We sent a message to the manager but they will not reply. Be aware they will charge for damage without proof. ”

“There weren’t enough towels or dishes, paper towels, and getting additional supplies was a pain in the rear. There was lots of road noise, but the rooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Pressure was good in the shower. It was nice having washer and dryer in the unit. The living room floor was a little dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off of the wall and there were a little miniature bugs little Beatles in the rooms.”

“It is to confusing to book a room . This time the room I booked was at a different address than what was posted on the add. Due to other reasons , next time I am in Fort Macmurray, I will be getting a hotel room”

“There wasn't any cleaning supplies , we had to buy our TP , you HAD to run the fan and open the window when we cooked. It was hard to find the place. Overall , NOT impressed with the accommodation.”

“Extremely difficult check in process. Twice the properties were cancelled in relatively short notice and once i was simply told to go look for another property with less than 5 days to check in. The property manager did manage to make arrangements after some extensive discussions”

“This property has everything you need to live like you are home. I had awesome neighbors and the location was perfect. I will definitely be trying to stay here again. Thank you so much.”
