“Kitchen in the room”

“Location was great. Quiet area. Neighbors above are pretty noisy but other then that, it was quiet. Requires some maintenance which unfortunately was likely do to the not so great tenants who stayed before us. But the owner was very honest as we had to wait to check in a bit due to the place needing more cleaning. I appreciated the honesty and the place was very clean when we were given access. Communication was excellent. Exactly as described ”

“Property had incomplete construction. Mold in the coffee maker, door did not lock. Very small as it is 2 separate suites in the same basement. Not very quiet, can hear people next door and upstairs. ”

“Spacious 2 bedroom suite close to the river and downtown. Lots of noises from the Rona lumberyard overnight. Underground parking. Safe and comfortable ”

“There wasn't any cleaning supplies , we had to buy our TP , you HAD to run the fan and open the window when we cooked. It was hard to find the place. Overall , NOT impressed with the accommodation.”
