Additionally, guests can enjoy a cozy living room with a futon and 3 twin air beds for extra sleeping space. The second bathroom is located in a functional utility room with washer and dryer and tub sink. My son and I were out to work on the boat and hopefully get a day out on the water. We achieved both and this property was perfect for the weekend.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! We had to adjust our reservation to arrive a day early, and Kevin was very accommodating. We were in town to meet with our builder, as we’re building a winter home just a couple of miles away, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including some fantastic restaurants.The house itself is older but met our needs well. It’s a cute and comfortable one-bedroom with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer, which was a nice bonus. The patio area was a highlight—great for relaxing after a long day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
