Built in 2022, this basement suite is bright and cozy, with all new furnishings. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for a larger group. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Located on private property, this suite is below the owner's family. Hot tub available upon request.

This unit is next door to The Block, which is home to After Hours Cocktail Bar, and a rotating pop-up restaurant schedule, as well as the Fort Morgan Hatchet House.

Our stay was incredible. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owner had everything available and stocked. From cooking appliances, washer and dryer to coffee and water. She even left some snacks for us. It really was like a home away from home. I can't possibly say enough about how great it was. We will be back for certain.

Absolutely Would Recommend

We needed a space for a couple of our employees to stay for a couple months while working on a nearby site. The owner of the property was absolutely amazing. So sweet and genuine. She made sure everything was great and made things very easy for check-in and check-out. This place was perfect and very put together. I would highly recommend.
