Spectacular Sunsets with Direct Gulf views, Pool, 11th floor, Private Wi-Fi

Gorgeous direct beach views with beach extension of 250 feet in January 2025!! Come and enjoy the large, heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. We provide Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

We Provide:

Towels and Linens
Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza which has some shops open and soon will have multiple Shops, Bars, and Restaurants. The Fort Myers Beach Farmer’s Market has returned to Santini Plaza from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday. A CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time which are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind on the back bay behind Publix. These are favorite of ours when we visit.

Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months. Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Laundry room on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard.

We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931

Beautiful view

Very relaxing and condo has everything you need. Wagon helps take everything to the ocean has umbrellas and beach toys. The pool is warm. Fort Myers Beach is still under construction. They’re working on bringing the sand back.

Beautiful view

The view of the water and sunsets were beautiful. We understand that the renewal of the beach is needed but weren't pleased that they worked all night long. Also, there was a toilet leak that was an inconvenience but those type of things happen. We were pleased with communication with Mike and also enjoyed the restaurants and quietness of the south end of the island

We have been visiting EBTC for years. This is far and away the best unit we have ever stayed in. The view is great from the 11th floor. The unit is fully equipped from the kitchen to the beach. The owners are super responsive. The south end is coming back slowly but surely. Already booked for 2026!

This condo is wonderful - all things you need and very well maintained. View is gorgeous as promised! Mike was a great host and we plan to go back when weather is a little warmer than it was during our January stay. We had a great time and this condo is perfect for a couple's getaway.

Island Visit

As described!

Beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from the balcony! We arrived 2 days after the storm surge from Hurricane Helene. The hosts were in regular communication ensuring the property was ready for us on arrival. The building maintenance did a fantastic job restoring the place to normal after the storm. Highly recommend!

Awesome Retreat at the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was tidy and clean, which is very important to me! The place was supplied with everything we needed from spices to kitchen gadgets. The shower was spa like. The view was amazing! We couldn't stop gazing out over the Gulf. The pool was great and the people (other vacationers and staff of building) were friendly. We loved the location, the view was great! Bed was comfortable. The ac’s worked great! Really nice having a second one in the bedroom. Had all the extras we needed, which we really appreciated! Towels, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries if needed, beach umbrella and cart. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views!

My husband and I stay a week and absolutely fell in love with the area. The condo was amazing and had everything you could think of. Basically just had to bring our clothes and food. Well worth it! The view was amazing, we were able to see manatees, dolphins and turtles from our balcony. The area was not too busy, some construction still going on to rebuild but nothing that made our visit bad. Very friendly area. Highly recommend.

The property is in a great location. The 11th floor gives a spectacular view of the Gulf. We saw dolphin every day. We saw manatees on 3 days right along shore. Unit was clean and tidy. There are chairs, umbrella noodles etc for the beach. The pool is very nice with lots of seating around it. We would go back in the future.
