Condo is on 7th Floor giving you a full panoramic view of the Gulf waters. Peaceful, quiet area allows listening to the waves roll in all day and evening. If familiar with Estero Beach Complex unit is in southern most building C, #704. Condo complex provides a heated swimming pool with gulf views and lounge area

This is a direct gulf-beach view ... not a side view. Sit just about anywhere in condo and watch the waves roll in and the dolphins swim by. Not to mention the fabulous sunsets!

Tennis and pickle ball courts on site, a place to lock up bikes if you bring or rent for your stay.

Nearby restaurants open to enjoy great water front dining close by at Junkanoo Below Deck or Fresh Catch Bistro. In Times Square shopping area there are more restaurants including favorites like Nervous Nellies, or Flippers on the water just over the south bridge to Lovers Key.
Santini Plaza across the street is continuing to open stores... giving you a place to shop right across the street. Several clothing stores, liquor store, and large surf/beach store...CVS pharmacy is there and 7-Eleven on condo side of road.

Times Square area has quite a few restaurants and nightlife if you want to venture out for evening fun.

• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
* Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
* Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
* Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
