"Not bad but they never cleaned my room despite being out everyday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Not sure why that is tbh as I saw a lot of cleaning staff. A bunch of hidden costs (parking, fees etc) which is unfortunate considering the price. That said the location and restaurants were amazing"

"We stayed on the 10th floor and probably had the best view on all of Fort Myers Beach with ocean and bayside views. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The pool area is nice and right on the bay. Some things to consider: we thought the resort was more focused on couples than young families ..."
