I visited your Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers Airport, and unfortunately, I found the environment to be unsafe, prompting me to leave for my well-being. To my disappointment, I was informed that my points would not be refunded, despite the circumstances that led to my departure.
This situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially as I do not understand how a 3-star rating could be justified given the conditions I encountered. I had high expectations, but this experience has left me questioning the integrity of your services.
