The community features a 26,000 sq ft village center, a social and recreational hub for the community. There are three heated community pools and a host of other amenities available for your use! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
Entering the home through the screened in patio, you are first welcomed to the high vaulted ceilings and a light and bright decor style. The modern, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked and has seating at the breakfast bar as well as the dining table. A half bathroom is located on the first floor just off of the kitchen. Stairs lead to the second level and open up to a lofted office area and a laundry room. The first master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A pocket door separates the second bedroom and the guest bathroom from the rest of the home, easily converting it to a second master bedroom and bathroom.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
