The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a pool. Enjoy the view of the canal. A dock invites you to linger by the water, there is also a terrace by the pool and by the water. The canal offers direct access to the Caloosahatchee River (without bridges) and the sea. You can also use the public boat ramp and kayak ramp just 2 minutes from the house. The pool is not heatable but pleasant to swim most of the year due to the summer temperatures. The kitchen is fully equipped. The area is an excellent fishing area. The house is located in Fort Myers Shores and you have easy access to all local amenities such as a supermarket and the Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill around the corner as well as trendy downtown Fort Myers with its many restaurants, bars and small shops on the water.
