Direct Gulf Front/Beach Views with Awesome Sunsets await your arrival

Our unit is located on the 6th floor in the A building with spectacular beach views and Gulf of Mexico from kitchen, living room, and bedroom areas. Sunsets are a premium from our private lanai or stroll down to the beach area and walk 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beach. Estero Beach & Tennis (EBT) is located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach. Across the street is Santini Plaza currently under construction featuring several restaurants, beach retail shops and a post office. Fish Tale Marina is also across the street which offers tour rides, boat rentals, fishing charters and kayak rentals for the back Bay Area.

EBT has several walking trails throughout the grounds with lush landscaping, tennis courts & pickleball for your use, large heated pool with lounge chairs, BBQ area, coined or PayRange app-operated laundry facilities located in the lobby and secured keyless entry into the building and owners unit. Security guard on duty also. There is a large parking lot with open parking.

Our property has all the essentials of home. There is a full size kitchen, refrigerator with ice machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster along with pots/pans, dishes, bowls, utensils etc.. There is a dining table for 4 people as well as a table on the lania. A 55 inch flat screen smart TV with high speed internet, comfy queen sofa sleeper. The bedroom area has a king sized adjustable head/foot bed. Other amenities in our unit include cable, high speed internet, linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach cart and cooler. Smart home keyless entry (no need to pick up keys) and combo of tile/hardwood throughout the unit. Building has 2 elevators and garbage shute, fire alarms and sprinklers.

Our cleaning service follows all CDC guidelines.

Our property has location, competitive pricing and everything you need for a PERFECT BEACH VACATION!!!

We also accept dogs 35 pounds and under which is subject to pre-approval thru the condo association.

Loved it!
Easy to find and easy access! Char has an adorable little condo with view of beach and pool. Excellent grounds people still cleaning the remains of Ian. The pool staff keep it spotless! The place is truly a special place! Char responded to every question quickly! Really appreciated that. My only suggestion is a garlic press and a hand held juicer! Hope to stay again!

Electrical work on building
Our stay was a bit different this time, we had to switch units 2 days into our trip,no fault of our host. There was electrical work being done on building A and no one could be in the building. The unit that we ended up in was not as nice, but after the staff made some changes things were fine.

Beautiful Condo
We had a great experience. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is incredibly clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had to leave our vacation early due to a family emergency and Char was very kind, accommodating and responsive. The property is still in the process of recovering from the hurricane but that didn’t take away anything from our experience. We give this unit our highest rating and will definitely return in the future.

Perfect for our an anniversary trip
We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and ended up getting engaged on the balcony ☺️. It’s the perfect location, the condo has everything you need and the owners message back immediately if you have any questions. The check-in/check-out process was easy & contactless so there’s no lines or receptionist to deal with. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely place to stay!!

Sunrises and sunsets!
Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed in the last ten years in which we beach two times a year normally! Char has stocked the condo and made the week nothing but leisure even down to toiletries and cleaning supplies which isnt normally how that works! The bed and pillows were comfy and communication was great! The beach was great and very few people around. Shelling was awesome! There was still significant damage from Ian and so devastating but to be expected and didnt stop our time at all! The umbrella provided was broke which I did reach out just to make her aware we didn't do it and she responded quickly! We bought a 7.5ft umbrella and left it for her future guests! Over all clean, friendly host, and everything but meals basically provided for the week! Will definitely rent again if we venture back to FMB!

week at the beach
We were expecting a one bedroom but was actually a studio. Turned out to be plenty of room for my husband and I. Plenty of supplies, great sunset view, and convenient to beach and pool.

Restful Vacation
Although still under repairs from hurricane Ian, the place was still usable except for the pool. It opened on the day we departed, March 8th. The great view from our condo was of the ocean, the beach and the pool. The grounds were still being redone. Most of the other condo buildings and private homes on the beach were either destroyed by the hurricane or have had no work done yet to renovate. Estero Beach and Tennis Club was the only one in the area that had reopened. The owner of the the great condo has always been easy to reach and has been wonderful. We have already made plans to return.

Be aware.
Condo was lovely, as described. Balcony/View was exceptional. Property still showed much damage from hurricane Ian. Pool was not open. Lobby still showed damage and construction noise was constant. We did enjoy the beach and the gulf.Estero Beach still shows major devastation, with no restaurants open within 8 miles. Overall, please be aware of the conditions and ask many questions.

Fantastic place to go stress free
If we could give this unit and it’s owners ten stars we would. Was an amazing week at Estero beach and tennis club. We have been coming down for 8 years now and always stay here. This unit was the best ever. Clean, Modern, Decorated beautifully and walk in shower was awesome. We will be booking for next year.

FANTASTIC
I have been staying at this facitlity for many years and this was by far the best condo I have ever rented. The condo was clean and was decorated fantastically. Everything you could want for beach going or laying the pool was provied. The owner is very nice and veru accessible. I will be staying here every year from now on.

WONDERFUL PLACE
This is a very very nice place. We had no regrets on staying there. They had it furnished very nice and had everything that a person would need, If we had to list anything negative it would only be the fact we had a note on the door from the cleaning people asking us to call them and let them know what time we would be leaving so they could get the place on a schedule to clean it, We told them between 9:30 and 10:00 and after dropping our friends off at the airport at 7:00 we we back to get our refrigerated items to find them cleaning the room already. Some of the items were missing but they did locate them for us,

Spring Getaway
The condo is nice, but dated. The cleaning crew wasn't finishes cleaning at 3:05 when we arrived. This was the first VRBO we've stayed in where you have to wash the beach towels on the last day of your stay. There wasn't ant detergent or softener provided and I paid to wash them. That wasn't that big of a deal, but we couldn't use them for the last day.

Beautiful condo
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The only thing I did not enjoy was the traffic in area. I know that has nothing related to this condo, but vacation was not as enjoyable as it could have been. It is Snow Bird season in Florida, but I did not realize how much impact it would have.

The property was well maintained and clean. Easily accessed and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Traffic was a bit challenging in high season but it's the location and not the property. Anywhere on Ft Meyers Beach has the same concern. they are working on widening the roads currently.

Love Estero Beach and Tennis
This is our third visit to Estero Beach and Tennis club and will not be our last. Char was very easy to communicate with and the sunset watching from their lanai was just perfect! Another wonderful vacation.

Great location. Great view of Gulf. Sunsets a bonus. Enjoy waking up with coffee on lanai. Walking distance to all needs except groceries. Code to enter building, nice security feature. Unit met all expectations. Property manager very responsive communication
