No pets allowed. $500 penalty fee for failure to abide by our no pet allowed rule.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider TRUVI. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $15 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Please note that while we strive to provide the best possible experience during your stay, certain amenities outside the apartment but within the building (such as the pool, gym, hot tub, and common areas) may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances. These situations are beyond our control, and we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for such occurrences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
