The property was lovely. The Captiva Villa was very spacious and clean. The shower pressure was amazing! Comfortable beds, cold AC, cold refrigerator with ice maker. Zero complaints on the room. We stayed in the Captiva bldg where breakfast is served. With only one elevator running it sometimes took a while to get to the 6th floor. I do wish you could get from the building to the beach without having to walk to the main bldg. The food at Bongo could be better. All in all highly recommend the resort. Just don’t expect beautiful blue water. The gulf is dirty green here. The same as our Texas gulf.

We did like the Adults only pool with Bobs Beach Bar. Also Bongos. We want to thank the bartender at Bobs, I believe his name was Ty. Great guy.

The kayak tour with Ranger Rob was amazing, we saw amazing up close wildlife including dolphins and manatee. The service staff were all super friendly and provided putstanding service. I highly recommend this for a relaxing stay on the beach.

Auch der 4. Aufenthalt um Pink Shell innerhalb von 17 Jahren war wieder ein Traum. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern (1Bedroom White Sand Villa) direkt auf den Golf von Mexico (oder America), der Traumstrand, das freundliche Personal, das tolle Frühstück die gepflegten Aussenanlagen, für uns einfach immer wieder ein Stück vom Paradies. Wir kommen wieder!

The convenience of using a band for everything from opening the room door to paying for food was wonderful. Our room was clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue i had was a light in the vent(strange)and the clock were very bright.

Great room, great staff and service, great location. Only one of two elevators were operating and it was beyond incredibly slow. 3rd floor common area lighting, elevator area extremely dark, like haunted house dark at all times of the day.

The daily towel service and light housekeeping was appreciated. Having beach chairs and available without extra fees was nice. The daily breakfast was amazing and parking was plentiful. All of the staff and employees were very kind and friendly. I wish instead of charging a daily resort fee they just added it in to the cost to begin with.

We just spent 5 days at this wonderful resort, we definitely will be back. The staff did a fantastic job, so many fun activities for the kids, great food and drinks. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful views, very clean.
