On the right opens the bright family room with many large windows, comfortable seating, and the entertainment area. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, plus the spacious rooftop sun deck for very private sunning. Stairs lead down from the main level to the pool and patio area, featuring a long and narrow, private, heated pool. The large screen enclosure also covers the patio and shaded cook-out area (large gas grill and outdoor dining table).

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and  $255.00
cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival
and your payments(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.
After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
