Completely Dissatisfied. Our Stay Was Supposed To Be From Wed, Feb 26-Fri, Feb 28. We Were Traveling From Augusta And Didnt Arrive Until About 4:30a Thurs. I Was Already Upset By How The Lobby Looked And A Bunch A Sign Stating No Breakfast. Which Was One Of The Main Reasons That I Booked. We Had 2 Rooms Booked But Only Ended Up Using One For One Night Because There Were Roaches. My Sister Was Uncomfortable And Slept In The Car. Completely Understandable. Furniture Was Broken In The Room, Bathroom Was Dirty, There Were Holes In The Sheets. There Was A Man Working The Desk And He Offered Us To Switch Rooms, But There Wasn’t A Difference. I Called Around, But By That Point, Surrounding Hotel Were Booked. He Did Ask If We Wanted A Full Refund But We Had No Where Else To Go. He Mentioned That If We Checked Out By 11am That He Would Refund Us The Rest. The Next Morning Around 10am, I Shared My Concerns With The Woman At The Front And She Checked Me Out Early. This Was Still Thursday At The Time. She Said That Because I Booked With Expedia, That My Refund Would Come Through Them. I Then Reached Out To Expedia And They Told Me Not To Worry Because They Would Handle It. It Is Now Monday And Expedia Is Trying To Tell Me That Because They Cant Get Them On The Phone, Then They Can’t Process My Refund. That Makes Absolutely No Sense To Me. I Called Super 8 On Saturday Morning When I Was Heading Back To Jersey And They Told Me That They Were Having Phone Issues But It Was Back Up Now.
