“Our stay at the Tadpole cabin was fantastic! We enjoyed interacting with the farm animals as well as hiking down to the creek. We had a wonderful fire in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. Patrick was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. ”

“Three 70 senior men got together to visit and enjoy Chattanooga. We got caught in a ridiculously rainy weekend, but the property has plenty of space for hanging out, and the 3 separate bedrooms gave us each the space we needed to mind our own business at night. The driveway is scary steep, but it sort of adds to the charm of the place. Everything clean; supplies stocked except for Keurig cups. Really a special place!”

“This was the perfect family getaway spot. The home is exactly how it looks in the photos, modern and cute! My boys were obsessed with the property that hugs the home. The location was a short distance to all the attractions we had planned. My favorite was being able is hear all the wildlife and rushing water from the front porch. We will be visiting again!”

“This property was beautiful. Has everything you need and more. The property manager was great with communication. The only con I guess you would say is that the driveway is very steep and it had rained the past few days before our arrival making it a rough trek up it. The property manager did reach out to make us aware of this and said we would need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make it up the driveway, we did in fact have a 4 wheel drive vehicle so we had no issues. Other than the driveway……

“Had a wonderful stay with family! Enjoyed the majestic views of the mountains overlooking the tennessee river, while watching bald eagles, river otters, and wild turkey. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Would absolutely go back and stay again!”

“We had a great stay at Bungalow Charmer. The location of the property was good, about 8-10 minutes from just about anywhere in downtown. The house was had everything we needed for the long weekend stay. Check in was easy and the management team was very responsive. The only negative was the beds were very hard. With that said, we would certainly stay here again!”

“First and foremost, I will start with the communication from the host . They are 100% available all times of day and night for any questions or concerns . They usually respond within 30 minutes. I had several requests that I asked of them to make myself at home , and thinking that the answer would be NO !!Their response was PLEASE!!. So I really appreciated being able to be comfortable. The place was spacious and clean , it was very private and peaceful.next , let's talk about that hot tub that……
