“Such a relaxing little vacay, would love to go back again. ”

“We went for a Mother's Day getaway. The location was convenient, a large yard and only a short distance Fort Payne and Mentone. We met with in-laws, and the place was equipped with most basic necessities, including washer and dryer.”

“The place was just perfect - very close to everything with a feeling of being secluded. Small but has everything you need if you’re looking for a place to serve as home base after going out on daily adventures ... but that screened-in porch is pretty darned inviting, too! Nice place to start the day with a steaming cup and to finish it off with a chilled glass.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay BUT, it was not as pictured in advertisement. It shows it with a nice porch with a breathtaking view. There is one there but it does not belong to this apartment. It goes to another one. The air conditioner (which is in the bedroom) had to run constantly to keep the living room and the kitchen remotely cool. Just was not what we expected after looking at what was promised. It did serve its purpose but we probably will not book this unit again. ”

“We travelled to the area for our son's graduation from SLTC. Beautiful location! Adorable apartment. The people in the main house were there for the same reason. We all got along great and had a great visit!”

“I don’t have to look for anywhere else to stay when visiting the area. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home definitely exceeded my expectations! The boathouse made getting on and off the lake such an easy experience. The hosts were incredible. The views from the house were amazing as well. There was an outside area with cornhole and anything that you could think of. Incredible!”

“I really enjoyed my stay! The only two things I had an issue with is the sheets and covers smelled really bad like they weren't washed. My husband had to buy something to spray it down really well so we could get through it! The people upstairs were so soooooo loud after hours it woke me up! I found it the owner daughter family were staying their. I would have enjoyed my nights a little better. Overall the peace you get their is everything! We will be back!”
