IMMACULATE - OCEAN VIEW & OVERLOOKING GOLF COURSE

Our home by the ocean is immaculate, comfy, and stylish. Located on the third (top) floor offering a beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and also overlooks the 1st hole of a 9-hole Executive golf course. Our condo is close to everything: New main pool, Tiki bar, restaurant, beach, tennis, golf, and more. It comes fully equipped from a new set of cooking pots to beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and even golf clubs. It is located in the well-known Ocean Village Community on S. Hutchinson Island - a desirable 120- acre community located directly on the ocean (600 yards of private beachfront). Our resort is a 24-hour guarded gate community.

Amenities are abundant and the property is gorgeous. Enjoy any of our 4 heated pools, or attend a yoga class in our new club center. Choose to join an activity from the monthly calendar.

You can take a two-minute walk to the beach for shelling, fishing and swimming, Tiki Bar, restaurant, shuffleboard, basketball, fitness center, library, hot tubs, showers and sauna. You will be able to sit on your patio while overlooking the 1st hole of the well-maintained executive course, see and hear the ocean, watch the sunrise and sunset. Bicycle racks are located in our cluster and bikes can be rented from Lisa Rentals, or rent an e-scooter so you can ride to one of the nearby restaurants for a bite while listening to music.

When you tire of eating out, enjoy cooking in your remodeled kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, pots, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, dishes, drinking and wine glasses, and utensils. Kitchen has an open concept overlooking the living room and the TV. If dinner is a bust, head to the new restaurant right on premises or one of the many restaurants and/or tikis nearby and watch the boats passing through the channel at Jetty Park.

For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels or tennis rackets.

The gorgeous executive nine-hole golf course, with lovely lakes and fountains, meanders throughout the community and is available to you free in the off-season and only $5 in-season. The tennis center, with its 10 lighted tennis courts, 4 of which are NEW hydro-court subsurface clay courts, offers leagues and fun tournaments. Bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, BBQs, picnic areas by the lakes and lots of walkways complete your resort. A few Pickleball courts are available on premises until new additional ones are completed. Public courts, a large playground, BBQ, and picnic areas are minutes away at the newly renovated, beautiful Jaycee Park, river side with beautiful views.

Fort Pierce is often called the Sunrise City. It offers contemporary shopping, dining, great fishing and a range of entertainment and activities such as the Saturday Farmers’ Market, Wed. Market, Friday Fest, Jazz Festival, and the Sunrise Theatre for the Performing Arts. Located within a few miles from the water view restaurants of Fort Pierce and from Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, there are plenty of options for ways to fill your days!

Vacation Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this location and we very much enjoyed not only its proximity to things in the area that we desired to have access to but also to take advantage of this lovely resort like property. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and all employees we interfaced with were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, the pool tiki bar was fun, and there are multiple pools and other things available to guests such as golf, tennis, and shuffleboard. The unexpected bonus was the pleasure of dealing with the owner Susan. She was an amazing host and her property is very well appointed and was literally the cleanest we have stayed in and we travel often and to many 5 star properties. I recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing tropical environment that offers so many things to do.

My husband and I like to take a little trip every month. I cannot say enough how GREAT the experience was in April for our visit to this location. Great Condo

I have never stayed at a condo that supplied all of the amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, toothpaste, dishwasher pods, etc. Susan was also great as she checked in via text a couple of times to make sure everything was going okay. The view from the balcony is also great as you can see the ocean from there.

We stayed at the end of August. Our host Susan was great and the condo was wonderful on the 3rd floor over-looking the golf course. Very quiet and peaceful at this time of year. You can just see the ocean and hear the waves. The beach was nice with hardly any people on it. We had a wonderful time and if we are in the area again will definitely stay here.

We LOVE OV and this condo was PERFECT!

This was our second time staying at Ocean Village and we will be back again for sure. The location is quiet and convenient. The beach is walking distance and private to OV residents so it isn’t overly populated which is a huge plus! Susan was a delight to stay in contact with and answered questions and responded quickly. My husband and our 2 boys were comfortable with plenty of room. Both couches fold out to beds which was helpful. And 2 sinks made getting ready a breeze. The welcome book was a great resource to find great places to eat on and off the island. Thank you Susan and OV for another phenomenal stay at the beach!

Great condo with so many amenities!

We stayed here for about 5 days with my husband and 6 month old daughter. The purpose was for a getaway for us and to visit some family in the area. Susan was a great host - very communicative and kind. The place was immaculate and very nice. They had all the toys for enjoying the property too - beach gear, tennis rackets and balls, and golf clubs. The property is beautiful and is a great getaway - you really wouldn’t have to leave for much if you didn’t want. The restaurant on property was also wonderful, we went there for an anniversary lunch. We took advantage of both beach and pool. The beach is quite private so it’s very nice. Only downside for us was the tile floors throughout - great for cleanliness, less awesome for a baby who’s beginning to crawl, but that’s a very narrow window and we did just fine! Otherwise would totally stay again.

Beautiful condo including the views

This condo was immaculate. Everything is even labeled and had everything you could need or want for your stay. The view was beautiful being able to see the ocean from inside and on the screened-in patio wonderful. We honestly didn’t really use the pools. We did walk around the property one evening and check them out. My daughter did go into the Aruba pool and hot tub one night. The community is very peaceful and calm and quiet. Gated community with security at entrance. Neighborhood really cute. Safe. You do need bug spray this time of year down in southern Florida for those little nats or I think they are called noseeums. A lot of restaurants overlooking the water very close by. We visited a few. There is a binder inside the condo which we found very convenient listing local restaurants and activities. We even saw some manatees in the water! We spent most of our time down on the beach. Private. Not crowded at all. Had some drinks at the tiki bar. This condo has everything you’d need for the beach. Visited a local beach as well for snorkeling. Water was very clear, called pay beach. Booked a glass bottom kayaking tour locally however canceled due to weather coming in. We plan to do this next visit. The purpose of my families visit was to see family in the area. It was also really nice to just get away and enjoy the sunshine and warmth(cold and rainy and grey up where we are). Already missing it. Would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to visit family.

Wonderful stay

Thanks to Susan and Joe for a wonderful stay. The property is very clean. Susan even provided a pack and play for our daughter so we didn’t have to pack one! The village is also very well kept, nice beaches and a nice little par 3 golf course. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice unit, good location in OV. Just be aware the community amenities are not available like the main pool and tiki bar areas are under construction. We have enjoyed relaxing out there having lunch in the past so hopefully they will rebuild soon.

Loved this condo!

We had a great experience starting before we arrived with Susan she answered all my questions. When we arrived we were welcomed with Wine and snacks. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. I kept in touch with Susan throughout our stay. She was wonderful!!!! Loved ocean village especially the beach. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip for my husband and myself. I highly recommend this condo for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

A wonderful condo in a nice location!

The stay here at this condo was great. We especially enjoyed how clean the unit was and the special touches by the owner. The unit is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Everything was nicely done in the unit and the towels were of quality too. I especially loved the porch overlooking the golf course. It is screened in so it was wonderful sitting out there any time of the day. You could see the ocean in the background but watching the golfers was great too. The main pool is closed, so the other pools were used. We walked to the Aruba pool and we were always able to get a lounge chair although we were never alone at the pools. The bath houses were very clean and Ocean Village was well maintained and very quiet overall. We went to their beach and we drove to the main parking lot and walked to the beach from there. The beach had a rough surf compared to the west coast of Florida. Beach is wide and plenty of distance to walk and look for shells. Restaurants we especially loved in the area for breakfast was the Sunrise City Cafe in Ft. Pierce over the bridge very clean, great food & service. The best dinner we ate was at Kyle G's Prime Seafood & Steaks in Jensen Beach only 12 minutes away was truly wonderful. On the pricey side, but on the restaurant was on the ocean and everything we ordered was outstanding. Service was excellent and very nice experience. Ocean Village is large and plenty of areas for walking and biking. My daughter (18) and I enjoyed our stay.

A fabulous view of the sunset and sunrise, a lovely balcony that was very quiet overlooking the golf course. I was very comfortable and the owner was incredibly available and offered me a warm welcome before I even got there!
