The area is beautiful and the property is close to the town and about 25 minutes from the McDonald Observatory. The room was descent and clean with a stove, fridge and microwave. The dispensers for the shampoo and soap were broken, so it was difficult to use them. The walls are also very thin and the rooms connect via a door, so it was very easy to clearly hear conversations next door. Luckily it was not too bad during the evening. Parking is right in front of your room. Overall, not bad for a one night stay. The breakfast was nothing to note, there was oatmeal, toast, a croissant/egg/sausage combo, coffee, orange juice, milk, bananas, and apples. I would stay there again if I were in the area.
