“Property is central to Mariemont, Indian Hill. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, plenty of restaurants. Minimal traffic. Home is comfortable, functional for two. Our second stay. Plan to return. ”

“Overall, it was a nice property. The only thing I would warn guests about is the sound of the air conditioner. When the A/C was on, it was hard to hear the TV or have conversations with people if you're in the living room. It is possible we did not run the A/C correctly, and in full disclosure, I did not contact the owner about this so maybe there was something that could have been done. He was responsive so if there was something to be done, I'm guessing he would have done his best to do it.”

“My husband and I don’t get out much as we are workaholics and dedicated parents. This was a perfect little getaway. We would love to book again in the future and stay longer next time. The host was amazing and very responsive when we needed help. The place was very homey and clean. We will absolutely be back! ”

“Pros: The description and pictures of this property is very accurate. The property is well decorated and clean. The location of the property is perfect, close to downtown, close to grocery stores, there's also some restaurants, a donut shop, a coffee shop, ice cream store and clothing boutique right below and across the street from the building which were wonderful. CONS for my stay: The parking was across the street with a short walk and checking in getting the key from the key box and going……

“We arrived Tuesday evening to discover that unit was without power (through no fault of owner). Communication-with and intervention-from the team was swift and thoughtful and they were able to get power restored by morning. Property is tidy and very well-located making for a convenient and enjoyable stay for our small group (3 adults and small dog). Well recommended and would happily book again on return visit.”

“The space and location were perfect for walking to our son’s home and coffee shop in Hyde Park. If you are a shopper, everything you need is up the street. At first, we were concerned about no driveway parking but always found on street parking without trouble. We stayed a week and would return to this location. The management group responded quickly to any questions I had.”
