Upon arrival on March 20, 2025, and settling into our room, we discovered a malfunctioning air conditioning unit resulting in water damage to the floor. We immediately notified the front desk, and were informed that maintenance would address the issue the following morning. The next morning, while our children were at breakfast, we overheard staff discussing the room's condition, though no one directly addressed the problem with us. Repair personnel arrived as we were preparing to leave for errands, and proceeded to remove the entire unit. This delayed our schedule. Upon our return, the repair was incomplete, and the air conditioning system was only blowing hot air, rendering our second night's stay extremely uncomfortable.
