The shower didn’t have a curtain so water got all over the floor. The kitchen sink had ants in it. The floor was sticky and not clean. There was stuff on the bedsheets. I did request a partial refund from the property.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I booked this as a quick stop on my way along on a trip and I felt so uncomfortable there that I actually left, forfeited my money, and left to find another hotel. While I understand the price was fairly inexpensive, the pictures online made it look decently comfortable, clean, and at least safe. When I walked in, the room had an unbearable odor that lingered on me for days, despite only staying in the room for about 30 minutes. It lacked basic necessities like toilet paper, towels, and pillows. The sink was clogged and filled to the brim with dirty water, sludge, and miscellaneous trash left from the previous guest, making it clear that the room had not thoroughly cleaned— if at all—between stays. The room was very poorly lit, and right on the busy main road, giving a general unsafe feeling. It was hard to forfeit the money I spent on the room, but I knew that I would not be able to sleep there, and was so glad that I left.

This place is unsafe and have rats!! Not MICE .. RATS!! My son and my grandbabies (2 and 3yr) were scheduled to stay the weekend to rest before they headed to Georgia . Upon walking in the room it was decent. My family had picked up a pizza and left a couple of slices and some half eaten crust and fell asleep. Only to be awaken by pounding on the door and it being opened had it not been for the latch only God knows what would’ve happen..As if that wasn’t enough! As my son is keeping watch now after that foolishness !! The pizza box is moving and Lo and behold two RATS are feasting on the leftover pizza!! The lady at the front desk was extremely apologetic and offered to give him another room but WHO was going to remain there after that ! So my son and grands had to sleep in the car until 2pm the next day in order to check into another hotel! I would not recommend this place at all! I will also be consulting with a lawyer!!

I WANT A REFUND - NOT as advertised. 1. No place to hang clothes - the closet was there, without doors, but nothing to hang clothes ON; no rod, no hooks; nothing. 2. The place stunk terribly. Someone must have emptied an entire bottle of Pine-Sol in the room. It was giving me a migraine. 3. No waste basket anywhere. 1 employee walking by said he’d bring us one but he never returned. 4. Not even a paper cup to drink from. 5. Two very small pillows for a king size bed. 6. Couldn’t have cooked on the stove if I wanted to (and after seeing it, I didn’t want to). The support rings around the burners were gone and the area around the burners was dirty. 7. The oven was the grossest thing I've ever seen - so very, very, very, very, very dirty. 8. There were huge cob webs and lots of dead bugs in both windows. 9. No chair in what looked like was supposed to be the living room. 10. Bathtub was moldy and dirty. 11. No soaps 12. Bath towels were so small and so thin, Goodwill would not have taken them.

There were stains on the bed, burns on the pillowcases, cockroaches in the kitchen, and a rat that was in the process of dying in the room. I’ve never been in a worse hotel. I was in the room less than 4 min. The manager was indifferent to this information when I reached out the next day. Had to go through the process to get a refund with Expedia.

The room reeked of cat pee. There was unspecified poop looking piles on the floor. This unit included a small kitchen, but it was missing cabinets and the ceiling was falling in all over the room. The second I walked in I wouldn’t even set my toddler on the floor and knew we wouldn’t be able to stay and went ahead to find another place to stay. I will say the guy at the front desk was super nice and he did offer me another room! I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a hat with the tag still hanging off it.

I think the entire property should be review well before selling it to customers to stay. Dog poops on the ground, the room smells, the bed sheets was terrible. As a first time customer you expect that you can make tea or coffe jn the room. Nothing was in place all empty.

We didn’t stay. We checked out instantly. Our room wasn’t refunded as they said they would. Just imagine bedbugs smoking meth and you’ll understand the condition of this place. Just NASTY. Lord help them.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel was terrible! Not clean, looked as if people lived here as “apartments”. When we pulled in someone was reaching their arm around the curtain of the sliding glass door adjusting their camera to angle it at us (3 women) to have a better view. We went upstairs to unlock the door and could not get in. As we were walking back down to our vehicles the light came on in the room. The front desk lady said to contact hotels.com for a full refund!

The place you recommended was infested with cockroaches, and the staff at check-in appeared to be on another world. It was truly horrifying. I tried contacting customer service, but no one answered. I ended up driving nearly four hours back to Chicago because of this.

Completely disgusted

Pictures on the online listing cannot be recent. The room reeked of sour food, mold and just overall dirtiness. A live cockroach was found crawling on a bathroom wall. Immediately informed the front desk and left for another hotel.
