Good location and great view of loch. I did drive by the place as I missed the sign. The property could use a refresh, but “come for the food” - they had a really nice 3 course menu - the dining room staff very friendly and attentive - the food was very good.

Basic hotel accommodation. Live singer in the bar was appreciated, and a few souvenir and jewelry items for sale. Breakfast buffet had range of items.

Very average hotel, bed was clean and comfortable, staff rude on checking in we arrived 1hour early and uncertain terms told check in not possible until 4pm , not an offer of a seat in the lounge or anything. After asking about an attraction we could go and see offered no assistance to where it might be so not a very happy arrival. Food in bar menu was poor tikka curry had very little chicken and my mushroom soup was a very small bowl with not much flavour except pepper. Drinks expensive with no price list to see before purchasing 2 gin and tonics were 16 pound.was convenient for fort William and not hard to find on main road. Was ok place to stay for 1 night

A bit disappointing. Room at the extreme end of a dark ground floor corridor. Fantastic view obscured by an ugly brown shed. Staff did react with overcharging complaint and gave a discount. However all other accommodation during our trip has been exceptional. Would not recommend

Good location though far to walk into town. The room smelt musty and you could hear others in the hotel above and in the hallways. We did like the food though and free treats for our dog.

Beautiful location directly across the street from Loch Linnhe. The desk and housekeeping staff we met were all lovely. The room was comfortable and fairly recently updated. We included dinner and breakfast in our reservation. The dinners were fantastic and the full breakfast buffet was quite well stocked. Short drive to lots of lovely attractions. They also had some live entertainment in the bar in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent food and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Good parking also parking to the rear of the hotel to keep my motorcycle out of sight.

Food was barely passable had better in a Beefeater pub! Staff were very good. Room was a family room which Expedia wouldn’t let us book any other type - we wanted a double with views! Disappointing stay won’t be going back !

Stayed here for access to hiking and outdoor activities. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice view of the loch from the lounge. The room however was very small, old and tired. The bathroom was too bizarre to describe.

Booked a King Bed room. Paid extra for that. Got there. Told the hotel doesnt have king beds. Got two twin beds instead. Manager said not their fault. No empathy. Shower drain plugged. Almost overflowed. My wife tripped and almost fell on a broken step outside the hotel. Old, dated. Would not stay there again.
