I have a service dog, she is trained on medical alert. When checking in, front desk man, Sam told me pets were not allowed. I had to explain to him that she is not considered as a pet because she’s a service dog. Even on the website, says service dogs are allowed. Day 2 there was someone else at the front desk and again stopped me to say pets were not allowed. Being in a business of hospitality, workers need to be trained properly. This was against the standards of the ADA. Terribly disappointing.
As far as the rooms, broken walls, shower only had cold water, bugs on top of the AC unit and the AC would go in and out not working all the time
