Overall I would rate this property a 3/10. It is brand new so it is clean and updated. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options. Those are the only positives. Lots of negatives. When we first got there the hallway smelled of smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. There is a train track right behind the hotel. There are trains going at all hours of the night. So, there is a lot of noise. If you are a light sleeper they will keep you up. Our power went out in our hotel room. Called front desk and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up hoping the power would just come back on. Had to call back and was told they would send someone up to check. A couple minutes later it came on. The thermostat does not regulate the temperature in the room. You have to keep adjusting it. For example if you put it to 68 to cool it will cool to 68 but turn off. So, you have to keep getting up to adjust the temperature every 15 minutes. This is a pain especially at night when it is hot in the room. The water fountain in the workout room was not working and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms downstairs. House keeping completely missed out room one day. The internet was not working in the lobby. Had to talk to the front desk 3 times. Each time she assured me it was working. Finally she came over to the computer in the front lobby and could not get on the internet. And the hotel lobby TV said no connection but she still assured me it was working. Not very helpful.

When we arrived the computer system was down and they were very sorry for our need to wait and delt with the issues very professionally. Very nice staff. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was great, also.

Great location, new built Hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Great warm breakfast every day. The only issue was, that some plugs kept turning off, they are working on their breakers. I will definitely return!

Staff was amazing and friendly. A couple of personal items were left behind accidentally in lobby and the desk retrieve them. When we called the front desk, they had them. Appreciate the honesty of the staff. Our room on the 3rd floor looked over the pool that was green and nasty looking. We had no intention on swimming in 20° degree weather but the view of the pool was really bad. Minor but not expected.

Our stay was great! I thought the hotel had indoor swimming pool, but hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly!

Nice clean place. Comfortable bed and room. Did not like the huge puffy pillows. Breakfast was good and convenient. Tiffany was so friendly and polite. She went out of her way several times to meet our needs. The AC/ heat was not working in our room and she came and fixed it personally. Ice machine, pancake maker, and laundry were all out of order.
