This apartment in Fort Work was fantastic. Very clean and spacious! Well stocked with all necessities any question I had was answered almost immediately! Everything you can need is in walking distance. You’re in a little town square with little food shops., grocery across the street, shopping mall a block away. Pretty central to everything I needed to drive to. Will definitely stay here again when I come to visit.

Everything was pristine and luxurious. I'm a man 88 years old and I loved the fact that the bed was lower and just suited me. Every convenience was at my fingertips. Next time however, I will request a ground floor apartment. One little thing, in the closet the rod of hangers was at 7 ft high. I'm 5'3". Anyway, loved my 3-day stay here.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen contained all the necessary items, the bed was very comfortable. The television worked only sporadically. The noise from the parking lot just outside my window was considerable, from the emptying of a dumpster at 6:30 am to the 1 am passing of one of the many freight trains on the track just the other side of the parking lot. The management agreed to my request for a 1 hour delayed check out time, but I wasn't informed in time to alter my plans. All things considered, I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

I was at the Locale for 3 days and not one time was I able to get in the property with the key codes. I called the emergency number everytime and they were never able to get me in the building either. I had to follow other people into the property. Not to mention there were homeless people hanging around telling me that people in the area broke in cars and stole from people. I was very nervous standing outside and unable to get into the property EVERY day during my stay. The room itself was nice it was just a nightmare getting into the property.

This place would have been great but don't underestimate the reviews that mention the hallway noise. Unfortunately with the design, it is just very loud when doors close. If you are a light sleeper look elsewhere.

Great room and location if but a little creak

Fantastic location and very clean and comfortable room! The kitchenette was very adequately stocked and it was nice to have a more apartment-feeling accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes. But overall, a fantastic location and room. The remote check-in can’t be beat!

Great Place to Stay!

The 'apartment' was great. I got a studio. It was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The only thing that couod have made it better was pillows that were not quite so thick. Also, there is this cool looking black material on the ceiling that would creak very loudly when the air would come on and scare the hell out of me. Lol! I would stay bere again though.

Strange first floor layout and reservation process

So two things to be aware of: 1. The first floor of this set-up literally has an all-glass door and sidewalk right beside your bed. Strange and can be loud. 2. The reservation process is 2x the work. You reserve on hotels.com then they send you a link and you have to reserve again (including giving your credit card and personal identification ON TOP OF reserving on hotels.com
