Bad experience!

Property has a hidden thermostat and they left us to wake up with no heat on the living areas of the house. We had no choice but to leave a day early with the temperature in the low twenties. She informed us after we were 200 miles away that her brother had reset the thermostat. Very irresponsible owner. Then offered no refund and charged us for a plumbing issue that was theirs or a prior occupants.
