“Well appointed property.Close to Gloucester Canal pleasant flat walking for miles!Comfy beds. Well equipped, kitchen paper and spare batteries for TV remote might have been a useful addition.Good communication from Host.Have found the VRBO app rather annoying with the initial advertisement page not detailing additional charges and clunky “pre check in “ validation. Other accommodation platforms are more straight forward to use”

“Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. ”

“The location was perfect for our needs, and the check-in process was very easy. The parking was easy and useful. The host was very communicative and easy to reach, and she graciously offered us a late check-out after a miscommunication about the amenities. “Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. 整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"

體驗一般，服務有待改進

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"

"訂的雙人床, 入住給了兩張單人床，床好小；設施好舊，浴室門關不到；乾淨度還可以接受，但有塵；隔音不好；吊燈是壞的，10分鐘就會不停閃，厠所的夜燈是藍色，好嚇人。"
