“Amazing, quiet area with a couple perfect tables outside. One under shade and one not . The rooms were perfect size and AC was fantastic. A scenic route is nearby too! Definitely would stay here again!”

“We spent 3 nights in the cabin. It is located on a farm on the John Day River. The cabin is roomy, with comfortable furniture to include a very comfortable bed - my key need for any place to stay. Everything you need is included. The owners are really nice and were great to talk to. They have 3 wonderful dogs. It was the best VRBO place that we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it.”

“It was so nice! The house was spotless and it had all the modern comforts you would expect. The views around the property were breath taking. The NIGHT SKY! wow. We sat on the deck loungers at night. It was the first time my kids got to see the milky way and so many satellites zooming by we lost count. During our stay we drove to the painted hills one day and the canyon the next. It was perfect. Beds were supper comfy and the grounds are well kept. The host even had a brownie for us waiting upon……

“This large house was well furnished and had everything we needed for our brief stay. It is centrally located for visiting all three units of the John Day Fossils Beds National Monument.The sky is very dark at night and excellent for star gazing. They house even has a small telescope!. Unfortunately for us, the second night sky was obscured by the Cram Fire way to the north. ”

“It was the perfert little place we stayed to go to a wedding and it was great to wind down and have a "home" to relax and watch movies. ”
