“This place was exactly what I've been looking for. I woke up to river sounds and birds. I spent my morning on the back porch swing watching the river flow by. It was so perfect and peaceful. ”

“Beautiful home & even larger in person than in photos. Kitchen is amazing, decked out with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, warming tray, 2 fridges. In fact, we ended up doing dinner for the whole family here instead of at closeby relative’s home once we saw how much room there is, and it worked out perfect. Master suite is also quite spacious, with a large walk-in shower & bed seemed pretty comfortable. Outside space is great, too (we didn’t end up using it this trip – a little chilly). View is……

“Overall it is fine cabin. Kitchen was updated. Getting heat circulated in the cold weather was difficult. Space heaters would have been nice especially since the heat is located only in living room and kitchen areas. There was one but it did not work. Anyone with mobility issues would have issues at this house as the stairs going upstairs (to the nicer bathroom) are very steep. Little kids would be a challenge as the stairs would be scary for them to use. Plenty of beds for everyone but if……

“The property is very cute! They did a nice job of setting it up. I love the house. It was everything advertised. Close to everything(including grandkids). 5 stars, would stay there again.”

“I stayed with some friends at the Up-River house this past weekend and had a great time exploring the area. The house was super conveniently located for quick hiking trips to beautiful spots. Early check in was available and access around the house was super easy. The space was very tidy and organized. We will definitely be looking to work with these hosts in the future. ”

“The cabin was nice, more roomy than I expected. The river is not right up against the cabin, you walk a short path to it. The water was moving quite fast when we went so we didn’t let the dogs get in but otherwise would’ve been a nice spot to do so. The gas station 3 miles away has the most food options in the area if you are trying to make things at the cabin. The place across the street from the neighborhood had good coffee and the BBQ smelled good but we didn’t get to try it. Overall nice……

“Awesome spot on a farm with a bunch of wildlife which was great to see. Only thing that was a surprise is they the bathroom, shower, and kitchen area are locked before 8am and after 9pm. This was pretty inconvenient for us since we hiked super early and woke up at 6am each morning. ”
