“Took my family to Nephi for the state wrestling tournament. We stayed here at the request of my son because what kid (or kid at heart) doesn’t want to stay in an epic treehouse. It was a lot of fun to stay. Has a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and tv in the common area. Queen bed is comfortable and so are the pull out couch and futon. “Granted, it is an old house, but the uneven transitions of the floors in several rooms was a significant hazard we had to constantly help my mother negotiate. There was an exceptionally offensive smell in the bathroom area. It smelled (sorry to be explicit) like used feminine hygiene products that had not been properly disposed of. The access code to the house was left at the default setting, not the code that was promised. When I called on that, later in the evening of our arrival, the host……

“I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house……

“Brigham let us know what to expect and answered immediately when we had a question. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and included a coffee machine. One very minor item missing was a ladle but we just used one of the big spoons. The wifi was fast and the tv had all the normal apps so we could log in and watch shows. The washer & dryer worked well and it was really nice being able to do laundry. We……
