“This house was such a pleasure to stay at. It was beyond equipped for everything you would need from dishes to spices to even fabric softener. The location was quiet and convenient to a lot of different places in Spokane. The house was very charming, clean and had a beautiful backyard. We really loved our stay here and appreciate the host’s clear instructions and communication. You can tell she really cared about her guests, even leaving a goodie bag for us.”

“I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there……

“This house was perfect for a weekend visiting our Gonzaga daughter. It is spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking the dogs and several stores and coffee shops are within walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. There is some road noise but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely recommend this home:)”

“Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable.”

It is close to downtown Spokane (10-15min) and had lots of amenities near by. The property hosts were so easy to work. We needed a late checkout and they were more than accommodating to help us out! Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Spokane. ”
