“The property was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable. The property was extremely well stocked. LOTS of birds to watch. Sunsets were hard to beat!! Can't wait to go back!”

“Konnie was one of the best hosts I have had! She contacted me a week before our stay to make sure our stay was perfect. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. Only about a 5 min drive to the fields and a short distance to food/parks/walmart ect. The house was great for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the backyard and patio. We will definitely be staying here if we come back to Conway!”

“This felt like a vacation home, instead of a rental property. The house was very well stocked with little extras that showed the owner uses this house too. For example, binoculars(4 pair), kayaks, life jackets, reference books for local wildlife and insects, plenty of extra household supplies on hand(toilet paper, towels, pillows, etc.) Great place to stay.”

“Beautiful serene home. We came in town for a graduation and a family reunion and the house and location were perfect. You can sit out on the covered patio and enjoy the weather while looking at the lake. Even though the lake was mostly drained it was very quiet and beautiful. ”

It is situated in a old neighborhood in Morrilton and I felt very safe to walk my dog while enjoying looking at all the very beautiful and old homes in the neighborhood. This home is completely updated and every detail was thought of. The house is beautifully decorated and VERY CLEAN. It is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY which for us was great. AAA quality from host to property.We will definitely be booking……

“We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the quiet setting. The porch swing was awesome, and the cabin was clean and cozy. We took the opportunity to make the short drive to Petit Jean state park for some hiking. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We have a 4 family group of closeknit neighbor/friends.8 adults & 9 kids ranging from age 2-13. This house was PERFECT! We rented both the main & guest houses so everyone had both the privacy they needed, plus the option for all the kids to do things sleepover style! The grounds were absolutely AMAZING, perfect for kids to run and climb around, they performed a talentshow on the “stage”. (we weren’t there the time of year to utilize the pool.) within a few minute drive we could all be at the……
