“this is a very charming “old Florida” hotel that is 160 years old. It has withstood many hurricanes and weather issues over the years but remains a “grand old lady” in the heart of Cedar Key. The restaurant offers excellent dining choices for dinner only. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.”

“The hotel is great. People were friendly and courteous. Would stay there again. Only negative thing was my room had a private bathroom across the hallway. I guess I didn’t read the listing completely. Otherwise I loved the hotel. ”

“Rustic, vintage vibe, very spacious. We enjoyed a lot. Had a lovely family time. New great memories created.”

“Really enjoyed the cottage! Great natural light from windows with living room and bedroom water views. Really is perfect for a couple and the trundle bed (not used) would add the kids option if desired with playground within view of balcony. Next time I’ll use kayaks provided. Bed was comfortable and tv had all you could ever need. AC’s were perfect with cool air all night, especially if you pick side where air flows right on to the bed. Very nicely stocked! Dollar General is only real……

“This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by. ”

“Perfect location for walking to eat downtown. Good parking for the boat and quick access to the ramp. For us an 11 am checkout would be more enjoyable after a long day of diving on Saturday and the recovery and cleaning activities. ”

“The view from this condo is amazing 24 hours a day! It is located within walking distance to anything you need, from coffee to dinner to ice cream. The management company is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We loved our stay in Cedar Key. The Treehouse was a great fit for our family of 6. The owners thought of everything! (My kids forgot their toothbrushes and thankfully there were some there.) The screened in porch was my favorite spot in the evening and the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. There are plenty of games to keep everyone entertained, bikes and fishing gear. Our kids enjoyed all the different sea life on the island and in the canal behind the house. Thank you……

“This is an elevated, older home on the water. Its elevation provides excellent views from the waterfront porch. The house is well maintained and equipped. Since it is elevated, it did not suffer damage from the recent hurricanes, as did neighboring residences. One of the docks was replaced; the fish cleaning station was rebuilt, but it is not screened in. No internet was a bit of a hassle, but strong 5G reception offset it.The only negative was that the listed TV and Spectrum connection did not……

“Property was great considering the recent hurricanes. Definitely still some external damage...and a colony of bats had taken up residence in a couple of external walls. But overall the place was great, and the view was spectacular.”
