“This was just what we hoped it would be! On a quiet street, but still less than a 10 minute drive to lots of restaurants, markets, etc. The house was clean and had what we needed. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“A primary reason we chose this house is the proximity to downtown. We were able to walk to the Durham Performing Arts Center for a show we were attending, and there were restaurants and bars to choose from along the way.The listing advertises that this house sleeps 11, but we wouldn't recommend with such a large group. There were seven of us, and the sleeping arrangements were tight. If I had the power to make changes, I would cover the glass of the glass door bedroom with faux etched glass……

“Easy location, super close to North Durham. Clean and cozy house. We enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. It was great to be able to bring our two dogs. Also - king bed was very comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was my husband and I and it was a nice place to come relax after the fun on Franklin and campus activities. It is close enough to walk in order to get a little exercise (about 30 minutes) and we also had a car for the later nights. It was clean and comfortable and very private. We didn't cook more than toast and coffee but it appeared to have all that you would need and the bedding was clean and plus. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“The house was a perfect fit for three remote employees who had to attend a meeting on Saturday in Chapel Hill! ”

“This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property. ”

“Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the property manager gave us all the necessary information in a timely manner. The location was good and pretty quiet. The bedding was nice and comfortable and the set up was cute!Only downside was the floor and couch did have dog hair on it (I'm allergic) and the place needed to be swept. Other than that it was very tidy and well kept. I would stay again!”

“We had a wonderful multi-gen holiday visit at this home. I was looking for a place with living room seating for my whole group including the family we were in town to visit, and this home delivered. It's on a busy street, but the large back yard is lovely and there are no rear neighbors. Ample parking, with space to turn around before pulling onto the street. Although not wheelchair accessible because of the short staircase down to the living room, it's otherwise on one level with no porch……

“I needed a place close to Duke Hospital and after comparing the ones that were closer to this one, im SO HAPPY I WENT WITH THEM!! Amazing service, room very clean , breakfast was delicious and everyone there was so helpful with informing me of places around to shop and eat!! The only downfall was the indoor pool, although the water felt fantastic and was Very clean there was alot of cold air coming thru both sets of doors which made it extremely cold getting out! However we would definitely stay……
