“This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. ”

“Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB……

“This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed while visiting family in Chapel Hill. The location is perfect—walking distance to Wegmans, which was a huge plus for us. “What a perfect spot!! Very private backyard, no poison ivy whatsoever. The manager was quick to respond to any questions, the house manual was clear and concise. The kitchen was wonderful.
