“The hotel was very cute, and very conveniently located and had everything you could need in the room. The shower stall was small and took a long time to warm up. Because the hotel did not have a desk, or customer service there it very much feels like you are on an island, and the bed was rather hard. Despite these minor problems a very pleasant stay and would consider staying again. ”

“My two kids and I were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this old houseboat. It required some stooping and climbing of steep steps, but the spectacular views, fresh ocean breeze, and proximity to fabulous bars, restaurants, and cultural landmarks was more than worth it. Any questions we had regarding the boat and its surroundings were quickly answered by our host, Erin.”

“We all love the house. It’s very clean, modern, classy, well lit, and well maintained. We can’t complain about anything. The host answers promptly and kind. We have parking spaces in the back which gave us peace of mind. The house was stacked with all the necessary stuff for our stay, toiletries, beddings, towels, iron and iron board, kitchen plates, utensils, pots and pans and kitchen cleaning supplies except there’s no laundry (I didn’t ask though) and no rice cooker (we’re big rice fans).……

“We were travelling with my 82 year old mom and Allan and Tess were the most thoughtful hosts we could ask for. The apartment was Ofcourse clean and ready. Tess actually got anti skid matts for the bathroom to make it easier for my mom. The beds in the master bedroom actually have massagers in and was heavenly after a hectic day in downtown Boston, The location is perfect and close to down town and all other attractions in Boston. “Stayed here while on college visits. Wonderful property for family. Always hard to find a property that has separate beds for two teens - this has that and the bonus was they even had their own rooms! Clean appartment with easy street parking. good local resturants nearby. Easy to get to each of the 4 colleges we visited. Mgt was incredibly responsive and ensured we had what we needed. Definately will stay again.”

“Big enough for our family of 11, going on a cruise. Close enough for Uber rides to sightsee downtown. Third floor was not fun to climb w luggage, but apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Could maybe use more chairs or stools, and perhaps a few luggage stands. Restaurant, liquor store, and drug store w/in walking distance. Felt safe. Heard some traffic but noise was minimal. Had a great time!”
