“Our group of 8 women stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. The home is very clean. Everyone was very impressed with the renovations. The beds were comfortable and there were enough places to sleep so we could all sleep in our own bed. There were even a couple extra beds if we needed. Great security and parking for one car. We found parking on the street directly in front of the house for the other car. The communication was great too! The check in process was easy. A couple of days……

“Friends and family headed to Boston for our annual baseball trip. The location was good, had access to public transit that some used, but most of us used Uber to get where we needed to go. Fenway 30USD for an 6 person XL. The accommodations were great, large comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms which was really nice and a good central place to hang out as a group went needed. Very quick and helpful responses when needed. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.”

“The building was beautifully renovated. Check in was easy and there was ample free parking on the street. Minor issue with the thermostat which was resolved with the landlord quickly and completely. Everything was clean and comfortable! ”

“Let me start off by saying this place is 100% a scam. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here. I had the worst rental experience of my life and am an avid traveler. To start off, the property is in an unsafe neighborhood. We woke up one day to find someone smoking crack leaning on our car in the provided parking area. As for the property itself, we experienced endless issues but here are the biggest ones: - The property is not at all maintained. We arrived to holes in the walls, fixtures……

“Great property and stay for my family who was in town for a graduation. Jenny was a good communicator and was very strict about noise and number of people who were coming in. The only issue was that there were not enough towels at first and the listing mentioned two bathrooms but it was actually only 1.5 baths, which was tough for our large party of 10. ”
