“Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.”

“The shower water was hot. The beds were firm. The kitchen was well appointed. The house is cozy. The location is picturesque and bucolic . The surrounding area is beautiful. And finally, we were right near the university where we watched our nephew play for the Golden Eagles. Great trip. ”

The apartment is adorable, cute and cozy, and everything was provided for us to have 2 great nights. From the decor to the farm-fresh eggs to the provided amenities, it was a perfect place to stay. The Highland cows, goats and chickens were an added enjoyment to the stay. We'll definitely return!”

“Cute place, clean and cozy with a full bath up and half bath on main floor. Nice for 2, maybe three people.Could update the living area furniture. I have a feeling it had not been rented in awhile as the water heater was faulty, and someone else’s food and half eaten Blizzard were in the Freezer. Heat works great, needs a repair or replacement to the water heater. There is no Microwave or fire extinguisher that we could find. The listing is not quite accurate and maybe deceiving: This is not……
