This could not have been a better location and better experience. You have a beautiful pool and property. The breakfast and dinners were fabulous. Our room was so clean and very comfortable. You did a great job. My only complaint is the Spa service and Massage. I have to say it was terrible and I’m so sorry to say that. They had the air conditioner blowing in the room during the scrub it was cold. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the massage was not what I paid for. Otherwise, what a wonderful time I’m still gonna give you five stars.

Super schöne und ruhige Hotelanlage, die zum entspannen einlädt. Man erreicht fußläufig den Nationalpark, sonst erreicht man dort aber nur sehr wenig und wenn dann nur mit Taxi. Die Zimmer sind klein, einfach und nett. Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es in Form eines Buffets mit reichlich Auswahl. Das Essen ist ganz okay, dafür jedoch recht teuer. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir vom Personal und deren Herzlichkeit. Wir haben uns trotz der idyllischen Anlage nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt.

The SANMA hotel is so perfectly located if you're focused on making the most of your time in Foz. It's super close to the airport, walkable to the waterfalls and to Parque Das Aves, and has enough on site to keep you comfortable. The property itself smells and looks lovely, but for us, the staff was very aloof and unfriendly and didn't point out any of the amenities of the hotel or provide us with the perks that came with our reservation. Our first moments in our room were awkward, as I was in the bathroom and my son was changing in the room when the minibar person barged in without knocking and stared awkwardly before apologizing and leaving - so make sure to lock your door. The food at the restaurant is plentiful, but just fine, not great. The pool area is lovely to look at it, but the pool itself was full of dead insects and bugs which made my pool-loving son reluctant to swim and have a good time. The staff in the pool area never came around to offer us a menu or take an order, so it wasn't a place we cared to be at for long. All in all, a comfortable stay, but not a place I would rave about.
