“Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying in this house. If you love nature, you will love it!!! The house is extremely spacious, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, and everyone had enough space, kids even had their own balcony and little mini snack fridges next to their beds. We saw howler monkeys and parrots everyday. One day we saw a toucan, and even a sloth cruised by. No need to pay for a nature tour, everything we wanted to see was right outside the balcony. “We every much enjoyed our stay at villa 4 at Red Frog Resort. The villa is lovely, spacious, and well-maintained, and the resort is beautiful as well. This villa is on the Red Frog property with full access to all amenities and services of the resort in addition to having its own private pool, which our kids loved. “Neither pools worked. Clearly for a while. Both cold and no spa options. Overall the property could do with a little love to bring it up to the cost that is being charged. It is the highest location in this particular spot of Basti, with amazing views and a breeze. It’s basically a very unique tropical jungle treehouse high above the town. “Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. My husband, adult kids and their partners stayed at the property for a week and it was amazing, despite the rainy weather. The house was setup perfectly with 2 upstairs bedrooms and a shared bath.
